Itinerary Detail
- Your Enchanting South and Lakshadweep tour will start with your arrival at Chennai airport. Chennai is the capital city of Tamil Nadu, and earlier it was known as Madras. It is now one of the metropolitan cities of South India.
- You will be welcomed at the airport and a short sightseeing tour will be followed.
- The very first stop will be Fort St George which primarily has the fort museum, which is located in one of the oldest surviving building of the fortress and is a must visit because of its impressive collection of exhibits which are spread all over ten galleries.
- From there you will proceed to visit the Anna Samadhi and museum, continuing your Enchanting South tour, which is a fantastic memorial built on the famous marina beach. The purpose behind the building of the structure was to commemorate the death of former Chief Minister of the Indian state Tamil Nadu, C. N. Annadurai.
- Mahaballipuram or Mamallapuram is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and it is about 55 kms from Chennai. There you will discover many cave temples and sculptures.
- After that you will proceed to check in at hotel.
- Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel.

- One mineral water bottle per person is included in the everyday essentials provided as a part of the Lakshadweep Tour Package.

Exclusions
- Your Enchanting South and Lakshadweep Tour Package won't include any kind of Visa fees (if applicable during your journey from start to finish).
- The entry fees to any historical monuments/ museums/ parks or any kind is not to be included under the Enchanting South Tour Package.
- Any camera charges/rides or extra curricular activities are not covered under your South and Lakshadweep Tour Package.
- Tips will not be given from the tour package (they are always optional, but some guidance will be given to you in the pre-departure information pack that you'll receive after the booking).
- Any of the beverages other than drinking water & any costs of a personal nature is not covered under the Lakshadweep tour package.
- Any of the International/Internal flights that are take to/from the start/finish of the trip is not covered under your Enchanting South and Lakshadweep Tour Package.
